With our interactive CAD department, files of all types (DWG, DXF, TIFF, PDF etc) are processed by the latest available software from AutoCAD and nested in the most cost effective manner by our experienced Technical department. The resultant files are converted into CNC programmes for our ESAB gas profile cutting machines.
All profile drawings received whether electronic or hard copies are archived for future reference. This reduces time and increases efficiency when processing repeat orders.
Significant investment in the latest available technology enables our technical team to work remotely, onsite with clients. This centralised resource, facilitates quick and efficient processing of complex profiles and along with our 24/5 shift system, orders are processed in timely fashion.
